Dr. Daniel J. Drucker will be awarded a Certificate of Honor, US$150,000 and a Japanese objet d’art at the award ceremony on February 10, 2015.

The Selection Committee highly recognized his extensive and groundbreaking contributions over years to many landmark discoveries in biology and physiology of incretin hormones which serve as the basis for development of GLP-1 receptor agonists and DDP-4 inhibitors.

Dr. Daniel J. Drucker was therefore selected a Prize winner of this year.
